‘My son had wanted to study Maths at university and preferably at Kings College London since he was in year 7.  Having found out that they required Further Maths AS level at A grade which his school did not teach, as well as an A* in Maths A level and a 3 in the Cambridge STEP entrance exam, it looked like a very tall order.  He decided to self study Further Maths, and with Alan’s help twice a week for 2 years, he got the grades he needed and was accepted at Kings College London. Thank you Alan for all the work you did with him, he would not have achieved his goal without your assistance.’
